Letter to JD

"Dear JD,
Thank you for your sending your letter to me.  I am very glad to have received it.  I live in the orphanage home.  I am praying for you and your family.  Please send me your picture.   May God bless you,  Thanks! by Clinton Mendain"


And then he drew a very pretty picture which I will bring home and give you.


One wrote to me  "..... I really enjoyed your talk/story that you told us about your granddaughter and the other students.  May God bless you for coming to see us and for the love you showed to us."   He later wrote that he lives there because his parents don't have money "to send me to school and they also do not have money to support me. They are very helpless supporting me and the other children because of the past war."

They were all very sweet children.  I hope that all of you will continue to pray for them.
I liked telling them about you and the love you feel for children across the world from them.  Their lives are very different from yours, but they have the same sweet smiles like you!
