The past two hours, I have already been the chapel speaker, guided 4 students who came to my office to think more clearly about their project. And am now I am speaking with the college program director, planning a visit to visit an orphanage on Saturday as well as his visit to my Public Relations class on Thursday. (He's on the phone right now as I write.) *
I want the students to understand how no public relations event or project can take place without a working BUDGET. I'm finding that they want to talk about anything but money. Don't we all? ha!
* Eleazar just suggested a change in weekend plans. Since Betty Jonah who started the orphanage has another commitment Saturday, we're checking on postponing that visit. Instead Eleazar wants me to go with him to a big refugee camp while he assesses the situation and plans an event with students in April, like what they shared in chapel before. If I go, I'll spend the night among the refugees and be there to play with the children the next day. THEN we'll go to Gonta (not sure I'm spelling that right) That's where Eleazar's church is. He wants me to share in his church on Sunday. Now, this proposal is daunting to me. Anyone want to pray with me about it?
I'll now include some pictures taken by one of my students this morning in chapel.

Evelyn is dressed up today. I'll have to ask her what's special when I see her in class. |
